1. Services Provided
* Scope: The Company provides on-demand transportation services via licensed vehicles and professional drivers.
* Booking: Reservations can be made via [App/Website/Phone]. A booking is confirmed only when the user receives a confirmation notification.
2. User Responsibilities
* Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave civilly. Smoking, illegal drug use, and rowdy behavior are strictly prohibited.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows
* User Cancellation: Must be done via the app or dispatch office.
* Company Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to extreme weather, mechanical failure, or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund (if prepaid) will be issued.
6. Limitation of Liability
* The Company is not liable for delays caused by traffic accidents, road closures, or "Acts of God."
* Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fare paid for the trip in question.
